I always feel like these subscription crates are a massive gamble. The theme could be pretty much anything and I’ve been disappointed by both a food box and a geek box.
In steps Loot Crate discount with Loot Gaming — a gamer centric subscription box. They give you a heads up of what franchises are going to be included, so you can skip a month if you don’t like anything in it, which I think is pretty neat.
My gaming tastes are kinda niche, and I expect these will be fairly mainstream titles (I’m such a hipster sometimes); Fallout, Call of Duty, Anthem, Red Dead Redemption etc. The companies with the money and fanbases to warrant the cost of creating items for their fans.
Oh how I yearn for Gitaroo Man merch. Wait a second I’ve never actually looked…. THERE IS A WORLD OF GITAROO MAN MERCHANDISE.
Damn I wish they’d do a remaster with both the Japanese/EU and the American soundtracks lootcrate (unlike the PSP Gitaroo Man Lives which only had the American version).
